Tomini Sfiziosità can be tasted by opening the jar and eating it; it is made with cow milk and conserved in olive oil, which shows off its raw ingredients, and aged.

We recommend Tomini Sfiziosita' as an appetizer or as after the entree, at the end of the meal.

Try serving it on a tray covered with Bagnet Verd Sfiziosità. Tomini with the green sauce is another piemontese classic; it is an easy and simple appetizer to prepare, also the day before serving. You can also wrap the Tomini in a slice of speck or salame in order to add flavor and deliciousness.
