For 100g of compost we use 170g of fresh rosehips; by only adding cane sugar we obtain a particular cream, completely natural in respect to the piemontese tradition.
Rosehip Sfiziosità goes very well with different types of cheeses. It is great accompanied with soft cow or sheep cheeses, with parmegian Reggiano or with blue cheeses. It is wonderful on toasted bread; spread first with alpine butter for a rich and healthy breakfast or afternoon snack!
