Bagnet verd Sfiziosita' is a green sauce which can stand alone. You can eat it on crostini with an anchovy on top or a slice of tomato. Bagnet verd Sfiziosità is wonderful with boiled meats and over hard boiled eggs. It is delicious with fresh or warmed cheese and it is great also with baked fish, roasted potatoes and all vegetables in general. But, don't forget that bagnet verd sfiziosita is also excellent just on a piece of toasted bread!
