With the arrival of spring, nature gives us the bounty and beauty of spectacular flowers and fruit! And it is really the harvest of roses, violettes, mint, nettles, dandelions, elderberries and hawthorn that began the compost sfiziosita'! We don't use colors, thickeners or preservatives. We produce with the addition of organic cane sugar only! The compost of mountain flowers and fruit allows the rediscovery of flavor and profume authentic to products from the past. "Povron" Pepper Sauce
Povron is a very special red sweet pepper sauce, rich in flavors and creaminess!
For 100g of compost we use 170g of fresh rosehips; by only adding cane sugar we obtain a particular cream, completely natural in respect to the piemontese tradition.
