Our entire production process is done manually. The apricots are harvested ripe, then chosen for poduction, washed and placed into jars by hand, then we add a natural syrup light. We obtain a conserved product with the same characteristics of a fresh product but with unique organoleptic properties and with the particular taste of the infused apricots.
