Bagna caoda is a typical Langhe recipe, prepared with garlic, anchovy and olive oil.
It is considered as an entree but sometimes it can be served as an appetizer during dinner with friends.
Bagna Caoda Sfiziosità is ready to be served, you only have to add 1/3 olive oil and heat it. You eat it by dipping in a variety of seasonal vegetables, for example cardoons, baked onions, raw or roasted peppers, cabbage leaves, cauliflower, artichoke hearts, beets, steamed potatoes, turnips.
Bagna cauda can also be served with polenta (especially with fried or baked polenta), on roasted peppers, with scrambled eggs or as a pasta sauce.
