Bagna Caoda Sfiziosità is ready to be served, you only have to add 1/3 olive oil and heat it. You eat it by dipping in a variety of seasonal vegetables, for example cardoons, baked onions, raw or roasted peppers, cabbage leaves, cauliflower, artichoke hearts, beets, steamed potatoes, turnips.
